Master Trainers Orientation

Concept:A We partner with churches and mission organizations to train Master Trainers who, in their turn, train grassroots workers in holistic (spiritual, social and economic) development. Thus, we ensure a multiple effect and make a wider impact, benefiting more people in many parts of the country.

The purpose is to train Master Trainers deputed by churches and missions in unreached people groups approach and to equip them to train grass-roots level harvesters to reach unreached people groups, across India and Nepal. We also train them with simple technologies to make them self-sustained missionaries and to effectively transfer the technologies to the harvesters.

Curriculum: A

Cultural Anthropology

Cross-cultural communication

Missiology of people groups

Bible study skills,

Kingdom Principles

Holistic Gospel

They are also trained in 30 plus appropriate technologies, and computer applications.

With a collaborative approach, Master Trainers are recruited from different churches and missions. They are oriented for nine months with seven months of residence interspersed with two months field research.

Training is given by TENT faculty and eminent resource persons from India and other countries in the above subjects. The method of teaching is non-formal through seminars and workshops.
