Master Trainer's Orientation
Master Trainers’ Orientation is a six-month training for graduates who are sent by churches and missions. This course is offered in hybrid mode, both face-to-face and online.
We partner with churches and mission organizations to train Master Trainers, who in turn will train grassroots workers in holistic (spiritual, social and economic) development. Thus, we ensure multiple effect, wider impact, and broader benefit throughout the country.
The purpose is to train Master Trainers deputed by churches and missions and equip them to train grass-roots level harvesters from across India. We also provide them with training in simple technologies to make them self-sustained missionaries and effectively transfer the technologies to the harvesters.
