The User expressly agrees that his/ her use of any online payment Service is entirely at his/her/their own risk and responsibility of the User.

Training in Evangelism Needs and Technology (TENT) expressly disclaims any claim or liability arising out of the provision of this service. You agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely responsible for your conduct and that Training in Evangelism Needs and Technology (TENT) expressly reserves the right to terminate your rights to use the service at any time it deems fit.

Training in Evangelism Needs and Technology (TENT) assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of any delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted or any interruption or errors in connection with the use and operation of the Payment Gateway service.

Refund Policy

1. Training in Evangelism Needs and Technology (TENT) will not refund any amount paid for any services including, but no limited to donations, payment for seminars, courses, books, organisation development services and others at the request of a payee.
2. If in the event of payment, the transaction is not successfully completed but your account is debited, the Payment Gateway service providers or the issuing bank as the case may be, will be responsible for the refund and Training in Evangelism Needs and Technology (TENT) will not be held liable.
3. Any refund made to the Buyer’s credit or debit card shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Issuing Bank and therefore be subject to any time delay as specified by the Issuing Bank. No liability shall be placed on Training in Evangelism Needs and Technology (TENT) for any delay that is outside of their control.
4. In case of payments successfully completed for seminars, courses, books, organisation development or other services that are cancelled or no longer available, Training in Evangelism Needs and Technology (TENT) will make the appropriate refunds as deemed fit.
5. Payments successfully completed for seminars or services that have been postponed will not be refunded.
