Campus
The TENT Training Campus is called Carmel. This is a 12-acre land, east of the popular Hyderabad City, India.
The campus can be reached by traveling to Ghatkesar on the road to Warangal, which will also be known as NH 208. From Ghatkesar, take a diversion towards the North, on the road leading to Keesara. After two kilometers, a village named Kondapur, will be passed. From the village, going east on a country road, for about half a kilometer, you can find the Carmel Campus on the left. For specifics, please contact us.
The campus has several infrastructures for teaching and lodging. The main building is King Center, which includes many classrooms, and one library. This center also includes a computer area, and there is a guestroom for lodging the resource persons, who come to teach.
There is also a main chapel, which is a circular building, standing on twelve pillars. Around this chapel, there are a number of plants including those grown in Israel, such as olive, fig, pomegranates, and grapes.
Nearby is the three-dimensional model of the Holy Land. This gives an idea to the visitors about the ruggedness of the terrain, and places like the Galilee, River Jordan, and the Dead Sea, which are places below the sea level.
There is another attraction especially for children, which is the Carmel Waterfalls. This is a small replica of Carmel Mount., found near the Campus, out of which a small waterfall is recreated.
Next, the Bishop Bunyan Joseph Health Center can give primary health care to nearby villages, and inmates of the campus.
Additionally, we have the Harvester’s Hostel for housing the Master Trainers of JVI. This hostel also has a few rooms with attached bathrooms, for guests.
Another important facility is the Women’s Fellowship Center. This center accommodates the master trainers of IWILL and Master Trainees. This center also has Dorca’s Workshop, Sychar Conference Room, and another Library and Computer center.
We have recently built a life-size model of the Tabernacle. For more details about the Tabernacle, please click here.
There are workshops for training in small-scale cottage industries. In these industries, you can find poultry, duckery, rabbitry, and dairy workshops.
There are several agricultural models, such as dry land, farming, silvi pasture, horticulture, grasslands, and much more.
